PZU Poliklinika Oko Dr Karčić is a dedicated ophthalmology polyclinic in Sarajevo, established by Prim. Dr Suvad Karčić over 15 years ago and expanded in 2011 to a purpose-built 600m² facility at Bihaćka Street. The polyclinic attracts patients from Sarajevo Canton, across the Federation of BiH and the wider region. Three specialist ophthalmology consulting rooms operate alongside a state-of-the-art surgical suite. Open Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00 The surgical suite is equipped for the most complex ophthalmological interventions: vitrectomy (retinal surgery), cataract surgery with modern intraocular lens implantation, glaucoma surgery, strabismus correction, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty, ptosis), lacrimal duct and sac surgery, and conjunctival and corneal procedures. Diagnostics include OCT, corneal topography and comprehensive pre-surgical assessment
